Description

  • Develop and evolve the user interface for the desktop AI IDE.
  • Build complex interactive components, screens, workflows, and dynamically generated interfaces.
  • Translate product and design concepts into polished, production-ready interfaces.
  • Create custom components, interactions, animations, graphics, and visual elements.
  • Integrate UI components built with different technologies and connect interfaces to underlying systems.
  • Handle dynamic data, asynchronous operations, real-time updates, and complex application states.
  • Ensure complex interfaces remain responsive, performant, and maintainable.
  • Contribute to UI architecture and technical decisions.
  • Own UI features end to end, including implementation, interaction logic, integration, performance, and visual polish.
  • Collaborate with backend, AI, product, and design teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience building complex, interactive UI for desktop or other applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
  • Experience with JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of UI architecture, component design, state management, and interaction patterns.
  • Experience creating custom UI components, non-standard interactions, animations, graphics, and visual elements.
  • Experience with asynchronous programming, multithreading, and application performance optimization.
  • Strong attention to visual detail, usability, responsiveness, and interaction quality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and learn new technologies.
  • Interest in modern AI technologies and AI-powered development tools.
  • English at B1 level or above, plus fluent Russian.
  • Portfolio or examples of complex interfaces, including links, screenshots, demos, repositories, or published applications.
  • Experience with Qt, PySide, or PyQt (preferred).
  • Experience with QML or Qt Quick (preferred).
  • Experience with 2D/3D graphics, rendering, visualization, multimedia, or advanced interactive animations (preferred).
  • Experience implementing design systems or Figma designs, or building developer tools, IDEs, creative tools, or AI/LLM applications (preferred).
