  • Review AI-generated customer support responses for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness.
  • Create realistic support tickets and dialogue flows to test AI handling of edge cases and complex inquiries.
  • Audit AI-generated FAQ articles and support macros for clarity and technical correctness.
  • Label model responses for sentiment, including empathy, professionalism, and robotic tone.
  • Compare AI outputs against support quality assurance rubrics and service standards.

Requirements

  • Years of experience in a high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success role.
  • Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adapt tone, empathy, and clarity to different customer personas.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide step-by-step troubleshooting for technical or billing issues.
  • High typing speed and the ability to quickly navigate multiple information sources to find accurate answers.
  • Strong attention to detail for identifying subtle errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a significant plus, especially for translation and localized support evaluation.
  • A PayPal account is required to receive payment from clients.
  • Ability to complete a 10- to 15-minute assessment test to determine suitability for AI tasks.
