Description

  • Review AI-generated answers to advanced chemistry questions for factual accuracy, structural integrity, and logical reasoning.
  • Validate chemical reactions, balance equations, and assess whether proposed synthetic routes are viable and safe.
  • Audit model-generated lab protocols, safety summaries, and spectral interpretations for accuracy.
  • Annotate molecular data by identifying and correcting errors in SMILES strings, 2D/3D representations, and property predictions.
  • Monitor AI outputs to ensure they do not include instructions for synthesizing hazardous, illicit, or restricted substances.
  • Complete a short assessment to demonstrate suitability for paid AI tasks.
  • Complete paid tasks that may require one hour of uninterrupted work.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related physical science field.
  • Experience in laboratory research, industrial chemical processing, pharmaceutical R&D, or academic instruction.
  • Deep knowledge of organic, inorganic, analytical, or physical chemistry principles and reaction mechanisms.
  • Strong understanding of chemical safety protocols, SDS, GHS standards, and regulatory requirements such as EPA, REACH, and FDA.
  • Ability to identify errors in IUPAC nomenclature, stoichiometry, molecular geometry, and thermodynamic calculations.
  • Ability to explain reaction pathways and molecular interactions in clear, technically accurate language.
  • A PayPal account is required to receive payment.
  • Willingness to complete a quick 10- to 15-minute skills test.
  • Preferred experience in chemistry or chemical engineering beyond entry-level coursework is implied by the expert network focus.
