Description

  • Join live video calls with other Russian-speaking participants and hold natural conversations.
  • Discuss everyday topics in a flowing, unscripted manner.
  • Contribute recorded conversation data to help AI models learn speech patterns, tone, and cultural nuance.
  • Review individual task details, time estimates, and pay before accepting work.
  • Complete a short language assessment after joining the talent pool.
  • Participate in future paid projects if you pass the assessment.

Requirements

  • Full fluency in Russian.
  • Fluent English for instructions and reporting.
  • Comfort talking naturally with new people over video call.
  • A quiet environment with good-quality headphones and a microphone.
  • Friendly, easygoing personality.
  • Backgrounds in teaching, interpreting, customer service, or linguistics are a plus.
  • Ability to choose your own schedule with no fixed hours or minimum hour requirement.
  • Willingness to complete a short language skills assessment.
