Description

  • Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business requirements from project stakeholders.
  • Capture data and technical integration requirements and create process and data documentation, including flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and data mappings.
  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews and process workshops to gather requirements and identify business improvement opportunities.
  • Translate use cases and process maps into user stories with functional, non-functional, and success criteria requirements.
  • Identify user story dependencies and participate in grooming and planning sessions to validate scope, priority, and value.
  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise business data architecture in support of the broader systems landscape.
  • Develop and maintain data management roadmaps, end-to-end business data-flow catalogs, and the Data Service Catalogue.
  • Lead critical business data initiatives and provide guidance on upstream/downstream impacts, risks, mitigation, and implementation workstreams.
  • Partner with Enterprise Applications, EDA, and other teams to support integrations, data migration, data integrity, reporting, and governance.
  • Support third-party data providers, enterprise metrics/KPI standards, and other enterprise infrastructure or architecture programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with business and technology teams and translating complex technical concepts into non-technical language.
  • Experience using Agile development methods on data-oriented projects.
  • Experience with modeling tools for process, data, and workflow at the conceptual level.
  • BPMN process modeling/mapping experience is highly desired.
  • Experience in data lifecycle and ETL design, with a strong understanding of data management principles and data profiling.
  • Direct experience supporting data migration and synchronization between complex systems and/or integrations.
  • Ability to conduct workshops with stakeholders across functional areas and levels.
  • Experience creating complex test plans and quality assurance plans to validate new systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and PowerBI is preferred.
  • Experience with systems analysis methodologies such as data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, use case development, story writing, system configuration, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.
  • Direct experience in Agile methodologies, including project management, iterative design, build, and delivery.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, influence, negotiation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Benefits

  • Remote work with required travel for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual/annual meetings at office locations.
  • Hourly pay of $44 to $50 per hour, equivalent to approximately $93,000 to $103,000 annually.
  • Non-overtime eligible compensation structure.
