Description

  • Deliver live PRINCE2® training virtually and onsite for enterprise clients.
  • Facilitate case studies, exam preparation, interactive discussions, workshops, bootcamps, and blended learning programs.
  • Customize scenarios and instruction to audience maturity, organizational needs, and client objectives.
  • Maintain current knowledge of PRINCE2® updates, PeopleCert standards, and project management practices.
  • Create engaging, inclusive, and professional learning environments while representing Pluralsight.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders and Pluralsight project managers to ensure effective course delivery.
  • Monitor the Instructor Portal to accept or decline opportunities and communicate availability promptly.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience using structured frameworks.
  • At least 2 years of formal project management instruction or corporate training experience.
  • Active PRINCE2® Practitioner certification and/or PeopleCert-accredited PRINCE2® Trainer status.
  • Expertise in PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile®, governance, business cases, risk, change, quality, PMO, or stakeholder management.
  • Ability to deliver certification-focused training virtually and travel onsite as needed.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills for small and large enterprise audiences.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home-office setup for virtual delivery.
  • Legal authorization to work as an independent contractor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Additional certifications such as PRINCE2 Agile®, PMP®, or MSP® preferred.
