Description

  • Support the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date financial reports.
  • Analyze and explain variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Maintain financial systems and manage data consolidation and queries in Oracle HFM/Essbase or similar EPM tools.
  • Ensure data integrity within financial reports and related financial systems.
  • Build and maintain financial models in Excel for business cases, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for financial reporting and data collection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business units to gather financial data.
  • Present financial findings clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong financial acumen.
  • Experience supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
  • Ability to manage complex datasets and maintain financial systems.
  • Experience with Oracle HFM/Essbase or similar EPM systems.
  • Strong Excel financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date financial reports.
  • Experience providing variance analysis and explanations for financial performance.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to communicate with non-finance partners.
  • Accountable, organized, and able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
