Description

  • Analyze user needs and translate them into effective learning content and formats.
  • Create end-to-end educational content, including scripts, video tutorials, exercises, quizzes, and course modules.
  • Support product releases by testing new features and producing multi-format launch content.
  • Design and produce quarterly webinar materials, including slides, demos, and examples.
  • Convert live webinars into reusable asynchronous learning journeys and mini-courses.
  • Structure and publish learning content in LMS platforms such as LearnWorlds or Parta.io.
  • Design onboarding and adoption pathways tailored to different user segments and use cases.
  • Restructure and migrate existing content into modular, reusable assets within a centralized content system.
  • Update, improve, and create missing content to support a multi-channel education library.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Education stakeholders to deliver product-focused learning experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in fintech or accounting/firm accounting education.
  • Experience training users on SaaS platforms through asynchronous content such as tutorials, videos, or online learning paths.
  • Proven ability to produce content end to end, from analysis and instructional design to final delivery.
  • Strong command of e-learning authoring tools, video capture tools such as Arcade, Loom, or Camtasia, and LMS platforms.
  • Strong instructional writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, action-oriented scripts.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver quickly under deadlines.
  • Native-level French and strong writing fluency.
  • Portfolio required with examples such as tutorials, videos, courses, scripts, or screenshots of work.
  • Preferred experience creating training content in accounting or finance.
  • Preferred experience with Arcade, Parta.io, and LearnWorlds.
  • Preferred ability to generate high-quality voiceovers using AI or recorded audio.
  • English language ability is expected and assessed depending on the department.
