Description

  • Build, improve, and maintain AI workflows, prompt systems, agents, automations, and internal operating processes.
  • Manage social media channels, LinkedIn leadership content, content calendars, and content repurposing.
  • Coordinate podcast recording, editing, publishing, distribution, and promotional content.
  • Build and optimize cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, lead databases, and messaging sequences.
  • Update websites and landing pages and create sales, event, presentation, and promotional assets.
  • Build newsletters, nurture sequences, sales communications, and client relationship workflows.
  • Coordinate conferences, webinars, registrations, vendors, travel, deadlines, and event materials.
  • Handle basic technical operations such as DNS updates, configuration changes, GitHub commits, and troubleshooting.
  • Research emerging AI tools and identify opportunities to reduce repetitive manual work.
  • Track content, outreach, workflow, podcast, event, and operational performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Strong daily, hands-on experience using AI tools, AI copilots, and LLM platforms such as Claude.
  • Experience building or improving AI workflows, prompt systems, automations, or AI-assisted operating processes.
  • Experience in marketing coordination, content, social media, growth operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills.
  • Strong organization, project execution, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar software independently and navigate technical dashboards and automation platforms.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach suited to high-ownership startup environments.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
  • Availability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Central Time.
  • Podcast, audio/video editing, outreach, email marketing, Canva, event coordination, GitHub, Supabase, Cloudflare, Amazon KDP, startup, or leadership-support experience preferred.
