Description

  • Conduct deep market research and build business cases for new initiatives across the Realms Group holding.
  • Translate user needs and business objectives into data-backed tactical proposals and strategic roadmaps.
  • Use AI tools to automate research, data synthesis, and content generation to accelerate execution.
  • Act as the bridge between the Founder and product/technical teams to check feasibility and align roadmaps.
  • Prepare C-level and Board-ready presentations, investment decks, and strategic briefs.
  • Scan the market for M&A opportunities, competitive shifts, and emerging technologies in the gaming and betting space.
  • Support the Founder’s office by owning the thinking and preparation phases of new ventures.
  • Take on cross-functional tasks spanning financial modeling, product brainstorming, and legal review as needed.

Requirements

  • Background at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a similar top-tier consulting environment is preferred.
  • Experience structuring complex problems, building models from scratch, and presenting to executives.
  • Strong proficiency with AI-first workflows and modern automation tools such as Claude and Antigravity.
  • Ability to work remotely within CET timezone, plus or minus 2 hours.
  • Comfort working directly with C-level founders in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical rigor combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial execution mindset.
  • Ability to move fluidly between financial, product, and strategic work without losing momentum.
  • Low-ego, direct communication style and willingness to take on unglamorous tasks.
  • Resourceful, self-directed problem-solving ability with limited resources.
  • Professional background should be highlighted in the application, with emphasis on consulting experience and AI prompting examples.
