Description

  • Define, implement, and oversee the automation testing strategy and execution.
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to define test requirements.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of software releases through rigorous testing.
  • Mentor and guide junior automation engineers on best practices.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks and testing tools.
  • Report on test progress, defects, and overall product quality.
  • Continuously improve the automation testing process and practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in QA automation, including leadership roles.
  • Proven experience with automation frameworks covering functional, integration, load, and distributed system testing.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
  • Experience with JUnit, TestNG, Gatling, JMeter, LoadRunner, Gremlin, or Chaos Monkey, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, API testing, and Agile/Scrum.
  • Gaming industry experience is a strong plus.
