Description

  • Create short-form social video content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn from scripting through filming, editing, and iteration.
  • Appear on camera as the face of content and deliver direct-to-camera storytelling for client brands.
  • Mine long-form content for standout social moments and adapt clips into platform-specific formats.
  • Maintain high production value through strong pacing, composition, sound design, and storytelling.
  • Follow creative briefs while contributing your own creative perspective.
  • Work closely with strategists to shape content direction.
  • Incorporate constructive feedback to improve content quality over time.
  • Partner with the internal team to ensure content aligns with client goals before delivery.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience creating social video content, including freelance, personal projects, or brand work.
  • Comfort being on camera and presenting naturally and authentically as the face of content.
  • Proficiency editing your own work in Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
  • Native understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube work.
  • Strong production fundamentals, including composition, pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
  • Reliable delivery of consistent quality work that meets deadlines.
  • Proactive communication and strong coachability.
  • Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule as part of a creator network.
