Description

  • Manage an executive's calendar and appointments.
  • Handle email organization and communication support.
  • Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Manage social media accounts and related tasks.
  • Create and improve workflows, processes, and organizational structure.
  • Research technologies and provide recommendations.
  • Perform CRM updates and data entry.
  • Arrange travel, including flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
  • Assist with projects, event planning, and coordination.
  • Support personal tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Available Monday through Friday during business hours and able to commit at least 20 hours per week.
  • Experience in an administrative support role.
  • Home office setup with a Mac or PC computer, webcam, minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB RAM, and the latest MS Office suite installed.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection.
  • Smartphone with email capability.
  • Dedicated professional and quiet workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient working style.
  • Strong time management, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • This is a 1099 contractor role, and all applicants may be subject to a background check; E-Verify participation is required.
