Description

  • Expand, refine, and systematize iconography and illustration libraries.
  • Create vector icon sets, 2D/3D and raster illustrations, interface graphics, onboarding visuals, banners, and push-notification assets.
  • Develop moodboards, reference collections, and storyboards for visual exploration.
  • Maintain organized Figma component libraries with variables and variants.
  • Export and optimize SVG, Lottie, and PNG assets for production use.
  • Ensure assets support both Light and Dark modes and are compatible with product requirements.
  • Own design tasks from initial sketches through polished UI components and production-ready exports.
  • Collaborate through iterative design reviews and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience focused on digital product assets.
  • Portfolio demonstrating vector and raster illustrations and icon systems for digital products; required upon application.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and libraries, plus Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Practical experience using AI tools and Figma plugins, such as Figma Weave, to accelerate graphic creation and processing.
  • End-to-end experience creating, building, and delivering icon fonts to engineering teams.
  • Ability to follow strict brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across large asset libraries.
  • Pixel-perfect attention to grids, line weights, vector nodes, and technical detail.
  • Basic-to-intermediate 2D animation experience with After Effects or Lottie is preferred.
  • Experience with 3D graphics tools such as Blender is preferred.
  • Fintech, banking, or other high-load product experience is preferred.
