Description

  • Structure, draft, and negotiate customer, channel, and strategic partnership agreements.
  • Lead negotiations for complex, high-value contracts while managing commercial and legal risk.
  • Provide commercial and legal advice on business initiatives, product launches, and market entry strategies.
  • Manage POS partner agreements, including amendments and ongoing relationship performance.
  • Develop and manage the contract management system as a central source of commercial agreement information.
  • Advise Product, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders on contract interpretation and commercial practices.
  • Oversee strategic procurement and vendor management, focusing on supplier value and performance.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of experience in reputable private practice or an in-house legal team.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
  • Interest in transitioning from a traditional legal role into a strategic commercial position.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Ability to balance legal risk with commercial opportunity.
  • Commercially sharp, proactive, ambitious, and strategic approach.
