Description

  • Source, vet, and recruit creators across all platforms, from micro to macro influencers.
  • Manage outreach, negotiations, and contracts at volume when needed.
  • Brief creators clearly so content fits the brand while preserving creator authenticity.
  • Coordinate with the Paid Ads team to repurpose top-performing influencer content for paid campaigns.
  • Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor influencer activity.
  • Report progress regularly to the Marketing Strategist and CEO in a clear and concise format.
  • Use AI and other tools to improve efficiency across the influencer program.
  • Build systems and, if needed, assemble support from assistants or coordinators to scale the operation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building or significantly scaling an influencer program with measurable results.
  • Ability to manage 50+ active partnerships without missing details.
  • Strong ability to identify creators that fit a pet brand.
  • Understanding of what makes content convert, not just what looks good.
  • Experience working fast, adapting to changing plans, and protecting brand identity while scaling.
  • Must include the hidden word “Labrador” in the application.
  • Ability to provide honest, personal screening responses without generic or AI-written content.
  • Preferred experience scaling influencer programmes before rather than learning on the job.
