Description

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats and resolve concerns with accuracy and empathy.
  • Serve as the primary contact for live support, especially phone interactions, and guide customers through the replacement order process.
  • Identify root causes of order issues and provide immediate real-time solutions.
  • Review incoming requests to determine whether issues were caused internally or by customer-driven changes.
  • Open, navigate, proofread, and edit Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to diagnose print problems.
  • Work cross-functionally to route customers from general support into the Print Quality queue.
  • Document detailed technical data in Salesforce to track trends and recurring print or design issues.
  • Prepare replacement order requests so the Processing Team can fulfill them without further investigation.
  • Support general customer service tasks during peak seasonal periods.

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the approved states for seasonal remote work: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
  • Seasonal availability from September through December 2026.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust tone for live interactions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro; Lightroom is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex print and design problems quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment and take feedback well.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day.
