Description

  • Build realistic consulting project environments grounded in real engagement dynamics, including context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
  • Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
  • Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and quality standards for each task.
  • Create golden-answer solutions to calibrate an LLM-based grading system that evaluates AI outputs at scale.
  • Translate authentic consulting project experience into end-to-end examples for AI training.
  • Develop scenarios that reflect real-world consulting work from problem structuring through client-ready recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
  • Hands-on project experience in structured problem-solving, market analysis, financial modeling, and client-ready delivery.
  • Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking.
  • Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables.
  • High attention to logical consistency and output quality.
  • Independent, self-directed working style.
  • Clear written English (B2+).
  • Must have direct experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm; applicants without hands-on experience at the listed firms should not apply.
