Description

  • Build realistic virtual developer environments with codebases, infrastructure, and supporting context such as tickets, docs, and conversations.
  • Design tasks from intermediate states of these environments and define clear success criteria for each task.
  • Write tests that verify AI agent solutions and correctly distinguish valid implementations from incorrect ones.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Ensure evaluation tasks are solvable by an AI agent and robust enough to handle multiple valid approaches.
  • Iterate on task design to make assessments fair, accurate, and challenging for frontier coding models.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with the core stack: Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis.
  • Experience writing functional and integration tests.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Submit a CV in English.
  • Ability to work on a project-based, non-permanent basis.
  • Availability to complete tasks estimated at about 30 hours each and submit by deadline.
  • Ability to meet listed acceptance criteria for task submission.
