Description

  • Build realistic virtual developer environments with codebases, infrastructure, and supporting context such as tickets, docs, and conversations.
  • Design tasks from intermediate environment states, including prompts and clear definitions of what counts as solved.
  • Write functional and integration tests that validate agent solutions while accepting all correct approaches and rejecting incorrect ones.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Iterate until the evaluation is fair, robust, and suitable for assessing AI coding agents.
  • Ensure each task is solvable by an AI agent and grounded in realistic development scenarios.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with a core stack including Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis.
  • Experience writing functional and integration tests.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
  • Ability to complete project-based tasks by the deadline and meet acceptance criteria.
  • Experience understanding where models fail and how to design tasks that distinguish strong from weak solutions.
