Description

  • Build realistic developer environments with codebases, infrastructure, tickets, docs, and conversation context.
  • Design tasks from intermediate environment states and define what counts as a solved solution.
  • Write tests that validate agent solutions and distinguish correct approaches from incorrect ones.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Iterate on evaluation criteria until tasks are fair, robust, and solvable by an AI agent.
  • Assess whether task prompts and environments realistically reflect developer workflows.
  • Submit tasks that meet acceptance criteria and project deadlines.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with the core stack: Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis.
  • Experience writing functional and integration tests.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
  • Availability to work on a project-based, non-permanent assignment.
  • Ability to complete tasks within an estimated 30-hour effort per project task.
  • Ability to set your own schedule while meeting submission deadlines.
