Description

  • Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites and deliver structured datasets.
  • Use available tools and custom workflows to speed up data collection, validation, and execution.
  • Extract data reliably from dynamic and interactive web sources, including JavaScript-rendered content.
  • Validate extracted data through consistency checks, formatting verification, and systematic quality control.
  • Scale scraping operations for large datasets using batching or parallelization.
  • Monitor scraping failures and maintain stability as websites change.
  • Work independently to solve technical scraping and data processing problems.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development.
  • Strong experience in Python web scraping using BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or similar tools.
  • Experience handling dynamic content such as JS, AJAX, and infinite scroll, including API access via proxies.
  • Ability to extract data from complex structures, archived pages, and inconsistent HTML.
  • Solid background in data cleaning, normalization, and validation.
  • Experience delivering structured datasets in CSV, JSON, or Google Sheets format.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks to support automation and problem-solving.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • A GitHub link is a plus.
