Description

  • Build realistic developer environments with codebases, infrastructure, and supporting context such as tickets, documentation, and conversations.
  • Design tasks from intermediate states of those environments, including crafting prompts and defining what counts as a solved task.
  • Write tests that verify agent solutions and correctly accept valid approaches while rejecting incorrect ones.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Iterate on evaluation criteria to make tasks fair, robust, and challenging for AI coding agents.
  • Ensure each task is solvable by an AI agent and grounded in a believable development history.
  • Assess solution quality across multiple valid implementation paths.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with Python, including FastAPI.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, including React.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis.
  • Experience writing functional and integration tests.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Submit a CV in English.
  • Ability to complete project tasks within the deadline and meet acceptance criteria.
  • Project-based participation, not permanent employment.
