Description

  • Customize and configure IBM Maximo solutions to align with business and operational objectives.
  • Provide technical-functional support and guidance for Maximo applications.
  • Resolve issues and troubleshoot challenges during the upgrade process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of changes, implementations, and related technical decisions.
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and recommend best-practice Maximo Asset Management solutions.
  • Guide the technical team to meet project milestones and delivery schedules.
  • Support the successful upgrade to MAS 8 and help ensure stable system performance.
  • Collaborate in a multi-stakeholder environment to align requirements and design decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical functional resource in IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management software.
  • Proficiency with IBM Maximo 7.x and/or MAS 8 application configuration and support.
  • Experience with the Maximo Integration Framework.
  • Experience with Java.
  • Experience with BIRT and Cognos report writing.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective engagement in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Hands-on experience with MAS 8, preferred.
  • Oracle PL/SQL development experience, preferred.
  • Certification as a Maximo Deployment Professional, preferred.
  • Experience with cloud service providers such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure, preferred.
  • Strong preference for Oracle Database experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management, particularly Maximo upgrades and business application requirement and design management, preferred.
