Description

  • Customize and configure IBM Maximo solutions to align with business and operational objectives.
  • Provide technical-functional support and guidance for Maximo applications.
  • Resolve issues and troubleshoot challenges during the upgrade and implementation process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of system changes and implementations.
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and recommend best-practice Maximo Asset Management solutions.
  • Guide the technical team to meet project milestones and schedules.
  • Support the successful transition to MAS 8 and help ensure strong system performance.
  • Contribute to business application requirements and design management for enterprise asset management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical functional resource in IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management software.
  • Experience with IBM Maximo 7.x and/or MAS 8 application configuration and support.
  • Experience with the Maximo Integration Framework, Java, and BIRT and Cognos report writing.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Hands-on experience with MAS 8 is preferred.
  • Oracle PL/SQL development skills are preferred.
  • Certification as a Maximo Deployment Professional is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud service providers such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure is preferred.
  • Oracle Database experience is strongly preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management, especially Maximo upgrades and business application requirement and design management.
