Description

  • Sync customer data across multiple systems to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Implement, manage, and monitor data pipelines and data flows.
  • Work with event data to capture, analyze, transform, and enrich customer interactions in real time.
  • Develop and manage Lambda functions for event data processing.
  • Leverage Braze data ingestion capabilities to support data architecture and customer engagement use cases.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and CRM teams on data strategies and implementation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on data integration and event data best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clients' data stacks for efficiency and impact.
  • Align with internal Snowflake and CRM teams to support the Braze platform effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, CDP Consultant, or similar role.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Python.
  • 2+ years of experience working with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of data integration and syncing techniques.
  • Experience working with event data and developing Lambda functions.
  • Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an agency setting or with external clients (preferred).
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices (preferred).
  • Understanding of data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
  • Experience working in Scrum (preferred).
  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy: use your own equipment for work.
  • Valid work visa required; no sponsorship provided.
  • May need to provide proof of identification and two references.
  • For contractors, proof of incorporation and valid insurance coverage is required.
