Description

  • Automate infrastructure creation using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Implement configuration management and Infrastructure as Code through deployment tools.
  • Own build and release cycles for customer projects.
  • Deploy releases and support ongoing operations and maintenance.
  • Improve Jenkins, Bitbucket, Consul, Graphite, Grafana, and related operations infrastructure.
  • Provide operational support and migrate legacy infrastructure to the cloud.
  • Establish operational best practices and automated system health monitoring.
  • Build scalable data-platform infrastructure using Amazon EMR, Redshift, and SageMaker.
  • Build CI pipelines and train teams in DevOps practices.
  • Set customer expectations, coordinate with engagement teams, and deliver against committed dates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
  • 4+ years of configuration management and engineering experience for large-scale customers, ideally in Agile environments.
  • 4+ years of Linux or Windows administration experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Git, including branching and merging strategies.
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS infrastructure and platform services.
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud automation tools such as Ansible or Chef.
  • Exposure to AWS container services, including Kubernetes, ECS, and EKS.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and improving system reliability.
  • Experience across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform preferred.
  • AWS Solutions Architect or AWS DevOps Professional certification preferred.
