Description

  • Build and execute standard websites within established Presence Platform templates.
  • Apply client-specific color palettes, typography, branding, and design guidance.
  • Review project briefs and supporting materials before beginning work.
  • Translate client requirements and discovery materials into completed website builds.
  • Create intuitive websites that support strong user experiences and lead generation.
  • Perform self-QA against build checklists and verify state, brokerage, MLS, and IDX compliance.
  • Apply SEO fundamentals, including metadata optimization and link mapping.
  • Manage assigned timelines, task statuses, drafts, revisions, and QA corrections.
  • Escalate platform bugs, blockers, risks, and out-of-scope requests to the Team Lead.
  • Maintain timely communication and provide updates on priority or time-sensitive work.

Requirements

  • Little to no prior professional website-building experience is required.
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON.
  • Comfort with Google Apps and willingness to develop technical fluency quickly.
  • Developing understanding of website layout, visual balance, aesthetic consistency, and UX/UI.
  • Experience with Squarespace, Webflow, or similar block-based builders is preferred.
  • Comfort using or willingness to learn AI tools for coding and design tasks.
  • Strong portfolio and technical aptitude; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Coachability, reliability, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
  • Must currently reside in the Philippines and be willing to work graveyard hours five days per week, nine hours per day including a one-hour meal break.
  • Must own a computer, have valid government identification and a bank account, and maintain internet of at least 25 Mbps with a backup connection and stable power.
