Description

  • Conceptualize and execute on-brand visual assets across all marketing channels to support performance goals.
  • Translate complex product features into clear explainer graphics, illustrations, and product visuals.
  • Bring the company’s new brand to life consistently while extending its creative expression.
  • Use AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and DALL-E to create photography and illustrations.
  • Test emerging AI and design tools and build scalable workflows and templates to speed up production.
  • Create and maintain digital assets for web, landing pages, and product visuals in Figma using design systems.
  • Apply basic motion design using premade After Effects templates for selected use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing efforts and broaden product reach.
  • Ensure creative output remains consistent, high-quality, and aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing or brand design role.
  • Strong portfolio showing both brand implementation and high-converting campaign assets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and shared libraries.
  • Basic motion design skills using After Effects templates for social-ready animations.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to spot and fix inconsistencies, spacing issues, and off-brand colors.
  • Hands-on experience experimenting with generative AI tools and building AI-assisted workflows.
  • Ability to build scalable templates and efficient creative workflows.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience with AI-powered design generation tools such as Figma Weave or similar prompt-driven tools is a plus.
