Description

Schedule customer appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on shipment requirements.
Coordinate shipments by quoting, booking, and scheduling to support an optimal customer service experience.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Partner with the Customer Sales team to improve customer scheduling processes and secure optimal loads.
Work with the Carrier Sales team to optimize loads and improve carrier sourcing.
Assist with challenging customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a coordinating, scheduling, or administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues with urgency.
Experience with high-volume scheduling, coordinating, or planning in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service.
Familiarity with USA geography.
Experience within the logistics industry.
