Description

  • Leverage AI-assisted tooling to optimize data pipelines and code generation.
  • Develop AI-ready datasets to support machine learning and GenAI initiatives.
  • Build data warehousing systems, reporting, and analytics.
  • Understand business needs and identify data-driven solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain data models and datasets.
  • Develop and maintain customer data integrations.
  • Support data engineering and analytics engineering development across teams.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with a resume submitted in English.
  • Experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor and Claude Code.
  • Experience building OLAP systems and maintaining dimensional models.
  • Experience using SQL and/or Python for backend data engineering.
  • Python experience for data manipulation, especially Pandas.
  • Proven experience with data warehouses and related tooling.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases and advanced SQL queries.
  • Experience with data modeling and ETL tools.
  • Ability to partner with Business Analysts and Data Analysts to turn business needs into technical specifications.
  • Experience collaborating with analysts, data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of dimensional modeling, data management, data privacy, and governance.
  • Self-starter with an innovative, results-focused, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Growth mindset, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as a Data Analyst working with large, complex datasets and turning analyses into business insights is a plus.
