Description

  • Meet with clients remotely via video, chat, and email to provide guidance on budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and related topics.
  • Adapt LearnLux’s financial planning methodology to topics relevant to employees in Puerto Rico.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute subject matter expertise to improve the digital experience.
  • Become knowledgeable about client benefit plans and support employees during open enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create outlines, review lessons, and approve digital platform content.
  • Lead employer engagement campaigns, including digital webinars and occasional on-site events.

Requirements

  • Active Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is required.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Experience across multiple areas of personal finance, including retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, and insurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize work, and take direction from multiple team members.
  • Passion for educating individuals and helping them take control of their financial future.
  • Startup and/or fintech experience is preferred.
  • Experience creating presentations and presenting to large audiences is preferred.
