Description

  • Manage Boréalis software implementation projects for clients from intake through delivery.
  • Assess client business objectives and gather, map, and document business requirements and processes.
  • Identify appropriate solutions to align client business processes with the Boréalis platform.
  • Organize and run client meetings and working sessions, including agendas, follow-up actions, and project documentation.
  • Formalize project information in onboarding documents and maintain accurate project status updates.
  • Configure the software based on identified requirements and manage data preparation and imports when needed.
  • Track risks and issues, implement mitigation actions, and help keep projects on budget and on time.
  • Build trusted client relationships and support continuous improvement of implementation processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma in IT, Communication, Management, or Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in project management and/or account management, preferably with large corporations.
  • International experience, mining, oil/gas, or SaaS experience is an asset.
  • Good understanding of corporate social responsibility challenges is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Very strong communication skills and a client-oriented profile.
  • Ability to adapt to atypical working hours and collaborate with foreign-language teams.
