Description

  • Research and test AI tools relevant to learning content production.
  • Refine workflows until the output quality meets the required standard, then document and standardize those workflows.
  • Train the production team on newly validated tools and processes.
  • Build courses and learning assets using the workflows developed.
  • Own the full cycle from strategy and testing through operationalization and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the team to scale effective processes across production.
  • Support learning content development with visual design and data visualization.
  • Contribute to process building for an R&D and operations-oriented design function.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience with data visualization and visual storytelling.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, including independent experimentation and systems thinking.
  • Ability to move from testing to documentation to teaching without losing momentum.
  • Strong self-organization and the ability to run open-ended initiatives with minimal direction.
  • Comfort working in a role that blends design, R&D, operations, and education.
  • Ability to work within a global, cross-functional team environment.
