Description

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
  • Apply evidence-based instructional design principles and andragogy to create learner-centric experiences for adult professionals.
  • Design and curate blended learning solutions across multiple formats, including eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training sessions, and on-the-job activities.
  • Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across all delivery modes.
  • Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to keep learning initiatives organized and on schedule.

Requirements

  • Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
  • Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of LLMs such as GPT-4.
  • Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Strong creative problem-solving approach for making learning experiences smarter and more engaging.
  • Experience working with adult learning or learner-centric education is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal SMEs and stakeholders.
  • Interest in story-driven and engaging e-learning approaches.
  • Comfort working in a global, growth-oriented, and purpose-driven team.
