Description

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
  • Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design principles to create learner-centric experiences for adult professionals.
  • Design and curate learning solutions across formats such as eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training sessions, and on-the-job activities.
  • Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and content relevance across delivery modes.
  • Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning solutions.
  • Prototype, configure, and deploy custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning applications.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to keep learning initiatives on schedule.
  • Contribute to the development of engaging, story-driven e-learning experiences that drive business results.

Requirements

  • Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
  • Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of LLMs such as GPT-4.
  • Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on making learning experiences smarter and more engaging.
  • Experience working with adult learning programs or blended learning environments is implied by the role.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal SMEs and key stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects, timelines, and communication workflows is preferred.
