Description

  • Embed with an assigned Tier 1 SME team to understand its workflows, systems, user populations, and training materials.
  • Coordinate site-specific end-user support and refresher-training requests with local contacts and support functions.
  • Facilitate instructor-led training, virtual sessions, office hours, drop-in support, coaching, and demonstrations as needed.
  • Assess training gaps, recurring questions, user feedback, and adoption issues to recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Recommend updates to training content based on workflow, system, policy, and recurring user-issue changes.
  • Maintain training materials, FAQs, job aids, communications, and other user-facing resources with SMEs and content owners.
  • Track training activity, support themes, recurring issues, and user feedback; provide recommendations and periodic reporting to the Tier team.
  • Validate user proficiency after interventions and support change-management communications for new or revised workflows and tools.
  • Participate in Tier meetings, working sessions, classes, office hours, and communities of practice.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, or providing end-user support in a business, operational, technical, or healthcare environment.
  • Experience with Oracle Health EHR, including end-user support, workflow training, adoption, optimization, implementation, onboarding, maintenance training, or process changes.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, or system processes into practical learning content and user guidance.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience identifying learning needs and recommending training or performance-support solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating as an embedded cross-functional team member.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and follow-up activities.
  • Proficiency with virtual collaboration, presentation, and documentation tools.
  • Experience with the Federal Electronic Health Record (FEHR) environment (preferred).
  • Experience supporting enterprise EHR implementations, process transformation, large-scale change initiatives, or geographically distributed user groups (preferred).
