Description

Work with design, production, and technology teams to deliver project needs.
Develop unique visual inspiration and creative concepts for user interaction, digital interface, and content deliverables.
Lead digital design work from concept through delivery.
Collaborate with the technical department to support cross-functional execution.
Improve workflows between Strategy, Design, and Creative Technology by reducing waterfall processes and increasing agility.
Help refine presentation decks and project details.
Participate in active feedback sessions and iterate designs based on input.
Balance work across concept, design development, production, and QA/deployment stages.
Contribute specific design visions and opinions that help internal teams make daily progress.

Requirements

5+ years of design experience in a high-paced design agency or corporation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in design or related studies.
Strong design skills across 2D and 3D design software.
Competence in interface design and prototyping tools.
Experience with content design tools.
Creative coding knowledge is a plus.
2D/3D animation knowledge is a plus.
Experience designing user interfaces, generative information design, or motion-driven content design is ideal.
Proven organizational skills.
Proven presentation and communication skills.
