Collaborate with teammates to support project delivery and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Work with design, production, and technology teams to deliver on project needs.
Build trusted relationships with teammates through clear communication and empathy.
Help develop creative concepts and contribute inspiration to the broader team.
Refine presentation decks and project details to improve project clarity and direction.
Discuss work openly, receive feedback, and adapt quickly when project needs change.
Balance workloads across different stages of production and pitching based on project size and scope.
Articulate ideas, visions, and opinions to help internal teams move projects forward.

Requirements

3-5+ years of design experience in a fast-paced design agency or corporate environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in design or related studies.
Proven organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience with 2D and 3D design software.
Experience with animation.
Interface design ability is required or preferred.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong work and a range of mediums and interests.
Ability to manage multiple stages of production and pitch work.
Strong interest in creativity, technology, and design.
