Description

  • Prepare employment-based and family-based immigration case files for attorney review and filing.
  • Complete and review DS-160 and DS-260 applications using client information and supporting documentation.
  • Create organized case packages, supporting letters, and related documents using legal templates and standardized workflows.
  • Generate immigration documentation using Serenade immigration software.
  • Review evidence for completeness, consistency, and alignment with application requirements.
  • Resolve common DS-160 corrections, updates, and consular submission issues.
  • Organize and maintain immigration records in OneDrive or comparable shared file systems.
  • Track case-preparation progress and flag missing information, inconsistencies, and documentation issues before attorney review.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience supporting U.S. immigration matters, with familiarity or experience in Canadian immigration processes.
  • Professional experience using Serenade immigration software.
  • Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing DS-160 and DS-260 forms.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. nonimmigrant visa categories, including B1/B2, E-2, L-1, O-1, and H-1B.
  • Experience preparing employment-based and family-based immigration applications and supporting documentation.
  • Strong written English skills and ability to prepare accurate legal documents from templates and established workflows.
  • Ability to work independently Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, with accuracy and reliability.
  • Experience supporting U.S. and Canadian law firms remotely (preferred).
  • Knowledge of consular processing workflows and DS-160 correction or update scenarios (preferred).
  • Experience managing legal documentation in OneDrive or similar cloud-based systems (preferred).

Benefits

  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Monthly compensation of $1,300–$1,400, depending on experience.
