Description

  • Own the creation and deployment of Braze segments and campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting, error-free execution, and KPI reporting.
  • Support Braze data functionality by requesting attributes and events, maintaining segments and data points, and keeping data clean and properly formatted.
  • Monitor Braze campaign performance and track key metrics such as click-through rates and conversion rates.
  • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives end to end, including push notifications and the monthly newsletter program.
  • Work directly with Braze representatives to evaluate and implement new features or improvements.
  • Ensure Braze campaigns comply with data privacy, security, and other relevant regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Provide end-to-end support for ad-hoc and evergreen campaigns, including ideation, execution, segment building, reporting, landing pages, templates, and forms.
  • Create and maintain documentation of marketing operations processes.
  • Support ad-hoc campaign builds and reporting requests across the broader team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or CRM operations, ideally across email, push, in-app modal, and SMS campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel best practices, deliverability, and data protection laws.
  • Ability to run projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple projects, priorities, and resources simultaneously.
  • Ability to interpret feedback into actionable next steps and challenge subject matter when needed.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to report accurately on marketing campaign performance.
  • Proven experience using AI tools to accelerate execution, including drafting Liquid Logic, building reporting frameworks, and generating documentation.
  • Braze certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Liquid Logic is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Amplitude or Tableau is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS as it relates to email.
  • US-based availability for a remote temp role through the end of 2026, 40 hours per week.
