Description

  • Create reproducible software engineering environments for AI model evaluation.
  • Design coding tasks covering bug fixes, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization.
  • Develop accurate and maintainable reference solutions for assigned tasks.
  • Contribute production-quality code to relevant open-source repositories.
  • Implement and optimize algorithms, libraries, and system components.
  • Investigate and resolve bugs, technical limitations, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Build automated tests to validate expected task outcomes.
  • Review code and provide clear technical feedback.
  • Maintain documentation for environments, solutions, and implementation decisions.
  • Collaborate with contributors and project stakeholders on technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Public GitHub, GitLab, or equivalent profile with demonstrable open-source contributions.
  • Strong software engineering experience in at least one of: C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust.
  • Experience debugging, extending, or refactoring existing production-level codebases.
  • Ability to create reproducible development and testing environments.
  • Available for freelance, project-based work with flexible workload and minimum weekly task submissions.
  • Able to begin within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
  • Experience with AI engineering or reinforcement learning environments is preferred.
