Description

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical sectors through cold calling, networking, and other channels.
  • Understand client needs and tailor marketing solutions that support business visibility and growth.
  • Present and communicate the value of the company's marketing services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring agreements are accurately processed.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support to encourage satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to uncover new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in the Marketing, Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical industries.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies tailored to service-based businesses.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to succeed in a commission-only environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Marketing or Business is preferred.
