Description

  • Manage members from onboarding through 90-day milestones and beyond.
  • Conduct virtual kickoff and check-in sessions and provide timely asynchronous messaging support.
  • Create and adjust personalized plans using member goals, health data, AI tools, and progress results.
  • Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to support sustainable behavior change.
  • Interpret body composition scans, bloodwork, and GLP-1 considerations within scope under clinical-team guidance.
  • Track goals and celebrate behavioral and consistency improvements.
  • Share member insights with the team and help evolve Future’s coaching program.

Requirements

  • Health coaching certification from a recognized program covering behavior change, motivational interviewing, reflective listening, and foundational nutrition, such as NBHWC-approved training, ACE Health Coach, Precision Nutrition L1, or NASM Behavior Change Specialist.
  • Associate degree or higher, or an equivalent experience-based path to coaching certification.
  • 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
  • Experience managing a high-volume caseload while providing individualized service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including video-based coaching.
  • Experience coaching diverse populations across ages, backgrounds, cultures, abilities, and health needs.
  • Ability to synthesize data from nutrition apps, wearable devices, body composition scans, and bloodwork.
  • Preferred: NBC-HWC certification, personal-training or strength credential, nutrition certification, or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Preferred: Clinical collaboration, luxury clientele, specialty coaching, or startup experience.
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, independent, collaborative, and empathetic approach.
