Description

  • Format and update presentation materials using Bundle’s design templates.
  • Create learner-specific versions of existing training materials.
  • Edit and regularly update learning assets.
  • Conduct quality reviews for design, formatting, accessibility, and consistency with lesson plans.
  • Apply adult learning principles to make content clear, actionable, and engaging.
  • Use Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI tools to improve instructional design efficiency.
  • Manage files, resources, and documentation using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Work independently while collaborating with the learning design team.

Requirements

  • Understanding of adult learning principles and their application to professional training.
  • Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint or similar tools, including visual layout and accessibility.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Claude and Microsoft Copilot into instructional design workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and content-quality judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously while following established guidelines.
  • Clear, professional written English communication skills.
  • Background in corporate learning and development or higher education instructional design (preferred).
  • Experience designing skills-based or competency-based corporate training (preferred).
