Description

  • Support client engagements as a contributing project team member.
  • Gather and understand business and technical requirements.
  • Translate requirements into technical tasks under guidance from senior team members.
  • Prepare presentations, documentation, and project deliverables.
  • Develop and support data solutions on Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Azure/Microsoft Fabric.
  • Build and maintain batch data pipelines, with exposure to near real-time processing.
  • Develop ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows.
  • Contribute to data platforms including data lakes and data warehouses.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues with senior team support.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
  • Manage assigned tasks and deliver work within project timelines.
  • Support analytics and reporting through curated datasets and machine learning data preparation.
  • Support data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, and technical documentation.
  • Follow data security and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related technical roles.
  • Foundational experience with SQL and basic data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Exposure to programming languages such as Python or Scala is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of modern data architecture concepts, including data lakes and data warehouses.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a consulting-driven, fast-paced environment.
