Description

  • Design, build, and implement capabilities that improve the security, trust, and resilience of Form3's platform.
  • Deliver defined project outcomes through hands-on software engineering and security-focused platform development.
  • Develop production-ready solutions across API security, cryptographic controls, AI governance, software supply chain security, and automated security tooling.
  • Work with engineers, platform specialists, and security experts to embed capabilities into the software development lifecycle.
  • Create scalable and maintainable systems that provide lasting value beyond the engagement.
  • Own projects end-to-end and support them through production go-live.
  • Apply best practices in software engineering and clean code to critical systems.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of designing and building distributed systems.
  • Experience working on complex challenges in critical software where high performance and robustness are essential.
  • Familiarity with cloud and containerisation technologies, test automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Go and a 'right tool for the job' mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to sharing knowledge.
  • Appreciation of clean code and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and Kubernetes is relevant.
  • Experience with Terraform, Flux, GitHub, Prometheus, Pact.io, and Tilt is relevant.
  • Experience with containerised microservices, CQRS, and open source is relevant.
  • Experience with TDD/BDD, pair programming, and SecDevOps is relevant.
