Description

  • Work in a C++ codebase on a custom engine or in Unreal Engine 5.
  • Maintain and develop gameplay features and the associated tools.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on feature development.
  • Debug, profile, and optimize code regularly.
  • Contribute to bringing top-tier games to realization.
  • Operate as a generalist engineer across multiple areas of the project.

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level engineering experience in C++ and UE5.
  • Recent experience working in the video game industry.
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment.
  • B2 level English proficiency, both conversational and written.
  • Must be currently located within Europe and able to work remotely in EU/UK time zones.
  • Player or development experience with strategy games is a plus.
  • Ability to complete a technical test as part of the hiring process.
  • Full-time contractor availability is implied by the role information.
