Description

  • Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Build rapport and communicate empathetically during sensitive or challenging customer situations.
  • Identify customer needs, concerns, and root causes through active listening.
  • Own customer issues from initial contact through timely resolution.
  • Proactively follow up with customers and ensure commitments are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate, track, and resolve complex cases.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems.
  • Share customer insights and feedback to improve support processes and the product.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent written and spoken Dutch or German.
  • At least 6 months of customer care experience in any industry.
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence for high-impact customer situations.
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Resilience and composure when handling complaints or difficult conversations.
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow-through and ownership.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services (preferred).
  • Experience in phone-based customer support (preferred).
