Description

  • Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Build rapport and communicate empathetically during challenging or sensitive customer situations.
  • Investigate customer needs, concerns, and root causes of issues.
  • Take ownership of issues and drive timely resolution.
  • Proactively follow up with customers and ensure commitments are met.
  • Turn dissatisfied customers into loyal advocates through accountable service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate, track, and resolve complex issues.
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes accurately in internal systems.
  • Share customer insights and feedback to improve service and processes.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent written and spoken Dutch or German.
  • At least 6 months of customer care experience in any industry.
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence for high-impact customer situations.
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Resilience and composure when handling complaints or difficult conversations.
  • Proactive approach with strong follow-through and ownership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and comfort with change.
  • Availability for a 7-day support model, including scheduled weekend work once per month or every 6 weeks and occasional shifts between 07:00 and 19:00 CET.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services (preferred).
  • Phone-based customer support experience (preferred).
